Check out the statue at the very end of the famous McHenry Blvd where the inspiration for the drag racing in American Graffiti took place. Never heard of American Graffiti? Well, because of this classic film, Lucas was able to leverage the studios to invest in a certain space epic that would define movie franchises, streaming services, and Lego sets.
