Shuttle

Shuttle Transportation

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable evening for all of our guests, transportation will be provided to and from the venue. A shuttle will be available between The Citrus Hotel and the Tavares Pavilion on the Lake from 3:30 PM through 11:00 PM. Recommended Shuttle Times Arrival: 3:30 PM – 4:10 PM (in time for the ceremony) Departure: 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM (following the reception) Pickup & Drop-Off Location Shuttle pickup will take place directly at The Citrus Hotel on Lake Dora. We strongly encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle so everyone can relax, enjoy the celebration, and not have to worry about walking, parking, the Florida heat, or transportation after the reception.

Venue Parking

Guest parking will be available in the lot next door at Emerald Fox (107 S Disston Ave, Tavares, FL 32778). The lot is just a short walk to the venue. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to park and walk over before the ceremony begins. If you plan to enjoy drinks during the celebration, we encourage using the provided shuttle or a rideshare service for a safe and stress-free evening.
