Regine and Roger's story began on August 17, 2017, thanks to a bit of serendipity and the help of mutual friends. On August 25, 2023, during a memorable trip to the Big Island of Hawaii, Roger and Regine shared a day that would become one of the most significant in their lives. The day began with an exciting morning of snorkeling with two close friends. Later, they dressed up for what Regine thought was simply a fancy dinner planned for that evening. As they walked along the beach, taking in the breathtaking views, they decided to capture the moment with some photos. Little did Regine know, Roger had arranged for a photographer to be there, setting the stage for something truly special. As the photographer snapped away, Roger suddenly dropped to one knee, revealing a ring, and asked Regine to marry him. Surprised and filled with joy, Regine said yes! The moment was made even more unforgettable when her family appeared to join in the celebration. It was the perfect beginning to their forever, set against the stunning backdrop of Hawaii.
