Let us take you on the beautiful beginning of our love story!! Tavin and Regina crossed paths in March 2024 at Fitness Express, located in the Boulevard Plaza. At the time, Tavin was stepping boldly into a new chapter of his life, while Regina was gently closing one door to embrace a fresh beginning. Unbeknownst to them, both were already on the brink of a shared journey. Regina had decided to welcome fitness as part of her everyday lifestyle, and it was there within those mirrored walls that destiny quietly unfolded. One special evening, Tavin, a stranger yet a familiar one, introduced himself to Regina. However, she was familiar with him as years before, they had attended St. Mary Basic School together. While twenty years had blurred his memory, Regina never forgot that shy, familiar face, one she had admired from afar for years. Their lives had intertwined long before that moment. Their parents, old-school close friends, often crossed paths during back-to-school shopping trips, with young Tavin and Regina always nearby, unknowingly sharing space in one another’s story. Though reintroductions happened over the years, none left a lasting impression until 2024. That year, Tavin truly saw Regina for the very first time, and everything changed. Sparks ignited after a single conversation. During gym sessions, fleeting glances met through the mirrors, and from time to time, their eyes would meet and linger. Those quiet moments turned into conversations, and conversations blossomed into something more both inside and beyond the walls of the gym. On April 20, 2024, they went on their first date, and the rest, as they say, was history. What began as a genuine friendship grew into a deep desire to know one another more. One good date led to many great ones, and soon, Tavin began courting Regina with intention and love. One year later, on December 28, 2025, Tavin Johnson asked Regina Campbell for her hand in marriage, and without hesitation, she joyfully said, “Yes!” And now, surrounded by family and friends on one of the most beautiful days of their lives, they stand ready to journey forward in faith, love, and purpose into this new season together.
