When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Friday, April 17th 2026.

Question

Will there be a welcome event?

Answer

Yes! We will be welcoming our guests at Revolution Golf and Grille on Friday, May 29th from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Food and drinks will be provided! Please RSVP to this event on the RSVP page. Dress code is casual.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: A suit or dress shirt with a tie is suggested. A midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates are also welcome. Fun spring colors are encouraged!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle bus transportation will be provided for guests staying at our hotels. The shuttle is available on a first come, first served basis. The shuttle will make one trip to the venue before the ceremony, arriving at the Holiday Inn location at 3:30pm. It is a short walk next door for any guests staying at the Homewood Suites location. The shuttle will be available for an early pick up from the venue at 9:00 pm for return service to hotels. The shuttle will return at the end of the reception (10:00 pm) for service back to the hotels. Ride share apps like Uber and Lyft are very unreliable in this area, please plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is ample parking at The Maine of Williamsburg!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside under covered porches. The reception will be held indoors.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

You will be able to communicate any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions when you complete your RSVP and make your meal selection.

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone or cameras during our ceremony.
