Our love story began just like everyone else's: during a pandemic. Buoyed by a desire for companionship and someone to eat food with, we connected over Bumble. A simple swipe of each finger changed our worlds forever. In a world full of chaos, sickness, loss, and pain, we found reprieve inside a flaming love that grew quicker than we ever could've imagined. A summertime romance for the ages, we got to spend a lot of time with each other traveling, cooking together, watching tv, playing basketball, and everything else we've come to love and enjoy about each other in dating. As we met families and friends and begin to merge our lives together even further, our love grew deeper and wider. Although we come from vastly different backgrounds, we knew that there was no future without each other. So on November 23rd, 6 months to the date that we started dating, we got engaged! Committed to painting what may perhaps be our greatest work of art: the life we build together with each other.
