Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore children, there will be no children allowed. We have decided to make this event an adult only (18 and up) celebration. The only children that will be present will be those of the bride and groom. We encourage you to use our wedding as a date night!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests that are formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We would love to keep our wedding intimate with close friends and family.

Can I take photos or video?

Answer

We are having an “Unplugged Ceremony” We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share them with you. We will allow a media minute ( a couple of minutes to take pictures during the ceremony) announced by the officiant. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. There will also be a QR code available for you to share all of your footage with us! Be sure to use our hashtag #extraextraReedallaboutit Reception: please refrain from using flash photography during the 1st dance, cake cutting, toast and any other formalities so that the photographers can get the shots that they need.

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

If you are unable to make it, select “Will not make it” when you RSVP. If you have already RSVP’d please text the bride or groom at your earliest convenience.

What is the dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up in shades of coffee for our big day! (brown, tan, gold)

When should I expect my formal invitation?

Answer

Formal invitations will be mailed out in April 2025. RSVPs will close June 22, 2025.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available at our venue. If the parking lot is full, the venue will valet your vehicle.

Will the wedding festivities be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While we know the weather tends to be really hot in August, we have decided to host our ceremony and reception indoors. However, the cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Bring your fans!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar courtesy of the bride and groom. Please drink responsibly and make arrangements to get home safely. Please do not bring your own alcohol. It is against the policy of the venue and we could face additional fees.

What’s on the menu?

We will be eating an Italian style buffet. Bring your appetite!

Will there be a smoking area?

No. There will be no smoking on the premises.
