Check-in to Hotel / Get to Shuttle

Please use this time to check-in to the hotel if you are staying with us at the Best Western. After getting checked in, you can take a shuttle to the ceremony and reception. The shuttle will leave at 4:30. Please make sure you get on the right shuttle as there may be other weddings that are using a shuttle from our hotel! If you are not staying at the hotel, then you can just make your way over to Mayfair Farms for the ceremony and reception. The ceremony begins at 5:00 pm.

Cocktail Hour will begin at 6 PM on the lower level. Dinner and dancing will be held in the main level Ballroom on the main floor at 7 PM. There is no elevator between floors.
