We would love to invite your little ones, but we are asking that only if your invite includes your children you bring them along. Otherwise, we hope you make it a date night for just you two. This is due to limited space at the venue.

Where are the closest airports?

Answer

We appreciate those who come from far to celebrate the special day with us! Please find a list of the closest airports listed below: 34 miles to South Bend International Airport (SBN / KSBN) 51 miles to Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO / KAZO) 87 miles: Grand Rapids, MI (GRR / KGRR) Gerald R. Ford International Airport 103 miles: Chicago, IL (MDW / KMDW) Chicago Midway International Airport 121 miles: Chicago, IL (ORD / KORD) Chicago O'Hare International Airport 171 miles: Detroit, MI (DTW ) Detroit Metro Airport There is also an option to take a train from Chicago to St Joseph. From Union Station in downtown Chicago, you can take the Amtrak Pere Marquette line, which offers direct service to St. Joseph. This train operates once daily, departing Chicago around 6 PM and taking approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to reach St. Joseph.

What is the best form of transportation in St. Joseph?

Ubers/Lyfts are very scarce in this area. There are two small car companies who act similar to Uber and can provide you with transportation to/from anywhere in the St. Joseph area. 1/- Big Steve Concierge (269) 782-5664 2/ Reliable Car Service (269) 405-5810 They can be contacted call/text. It is best to give them 30 min- 1 Hour notice of when you will need services.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from Boulevard Inn, Tru by Hilton and the Fairfield hotels to the reception at Etre, but please coordinate your own transportation to the ceremony at the church. If you are staying at the Boulevard Inn, it's close enough to walk to the church.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00PM.

Is there parking available at the ceremony?

Answer

There is free parking available at St. Joseph Catholic Parish (220 Church Street, St. Joseph MI).

Is there parking available at the reception venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot in the front of the venue to park. Cars can be left over night if needed for free (Etre Farms Address: 472 W Glenlord Rd St. Joseph, MI)

What is the dress code for the wedding and the reception?

Answer

Formal attire: Suits or tuxedos for the gentlemen, long dresses for the ladies (tea, ankle or floor length)

What is the dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

We're kicking off our wedding weekend celebrations with a sunset-themed evening. Dress in any sunset-inspired shade! For the guys, khaki, navy, black shorts or pants are welcome. We just kindly ask that everyone avoid wearing white.
