Maid of Honor
This may be the most difficult bio to write as there is so much to say about Kara. She and I have been best friends and soulmates since the day I was born, and not a lot has changed since then. Growing up, she was always looking out for me whether it was making sure I wasn’t getting picked on or making questionable outfit choices as there were a lot. Our time together is always well spent and usually consists of quoting any 90s movies or making fun of anything our mother says. I think it is safe to say that Kara knows me better than anyone else in the world and I would simply be lost without her.
Best Man
I have always said that my biggest fear in life is giving a microphone to Jon in front of my family and friends to talk about me. So I have decided to tackle this life long fear and task Jon with Best Man responsibilities. Jon has been a loyal friend since we met in college. The first time we got to know each other it was at a party Sophomore year of college discussing Star Wars. He's been a great friend every since. Even when Jon travelled to the other side of the world, we always found a way to stay in contact. Ask Jon about how he travelled the world - he'd love to tell you!
Bridesmaid
Kristin is the closest thing to a guardian angel I could possibly have while also being so much more than that! And when I say angel, I mean don't mess with us, because Kristin can and will go Gail Shepard on you if you deserve it. When I think of Kristin, she always brings a big smile to my face as she is one one of the sweetest people I have ever met and it is no surprise to me she is the best mommy to our favorite niece. She has been my role model as long as I can remember and one of my biggest supporters. I am incredibly lucky to have her as my sister, and for those of you who know her would know exactly why.
Groomsman
Dan is my favorite 25 year old brother. Dan and I grew up collecting baseball cards, adoring Mike Piazza and all that he did for the Mets, and even though he resides in Denver, we are closer than ever. Before Andrew was born, Dan and I were kind of hoping that a sister was going to come along, so he's really excited that Regan said yes and they have become close friends because of it. If you're looking for Dan at the wedding, he'll be at the stage telling the band to bust out a Wilson > Tweeprise to end the night.
Bridesmaid
Katie might be my second oldest sister, but she has been my partner in crime for as long as I can remember. When I was little, Katie was our example of what not to do in growing up. A rebel since the day she was born, she always had my parents in a tizzy. Just ask her, she'd love to tell you! Her free spirit helped me push the boundaries of my comfort zone, encouraged me to try new things (except cheese), and made me realize its okay to be myself. I have always felt safe knowing she has my back and I can literally call her for anything knowing she will be there.
Groomsman
They say that the oldest sibling is to look out for their younger siblings throughout life. However, Andrew is now significantly taller than me, has eclipsed me in all athletic ability and understands the stock market better than me. So I'm just going to say that I'm now looking for protection from Andrew now. It's been great watching Andrew grow up, right until he got to 5"5, but he'll still always been the snot that would whack you with a waffle ball bat to wake you up from your nap in the living room when he was ready to play.
Bridesmaid
Cori and I have been best friends since middle school and I could not have been luckier to find a best friend like her. She has been with me through all the good and bad with me through the years and I would be hard pressed to find someone who cares and loves me and my family the way Cori does. Our time together usually consists laughing, being obnoxious, venting, crying and making questionable decisions like traveling to Jamaica alone together. Come ask us for everything you shouldn't do!
Groomsman
I know that Kenny is still upset with me that I forgot to mention that I had a girlfriend when Regan and I started dating, but I'm hoping that asking him to be a Groomsman will start to heal those wounds. Kenny redefines what a loyal friend is. He brings a lift to any room with his upbeat character and friendly personality. He's a truly great friend, however, we bring out the worst in each other when we play board games, darts, or really anything that involves a Win/Loss column.
Bridesmaid
Thank heavens for Tara Lynch. I don’t remember what life was like before I met her. Tara and I only became good friends after college and since then, we have galavanted our way through New York City together and taken our adventures all over including her newer home of San Diego. No one makes me laugh quite as hard as she does and luckily for me, she handles my dark humor really well! So lucky to have this little lady as my bestie!
Groomsman
Vin once told me at a concert years ago that if I was not at my wedding that he did something wrong. Little did Vin know, was that it would be impossible to do such a thing. He's a Jersey born boy raised on the music of Bruce, but have a deeper friendship than our love for all things Springsteen. He's a close confidant to discuss anything between life, what the future looks like, or just how the Universe was created.
Bridesmaid
My friendship with Bridget has always been something special. When I found out she grew up in the town next to mine, I could not believe we never crossed paths before college. As fellow nursing students, we went though the typical struggles of staying in and studying and/or going out when we should have been studying.. Bridget is also an extremely loyal friend and always has my back. Just ask the girl who is still licking her wounds from destroying me in our senior year Powder Puff game! Some people have bodyguards, but I have Bridget!
Groomsman
If you're ever looking for an adventure out of your comfort zone, call Leavitt up. He's raised me from a sheltered little Fairfield University boy to basically meet him all over the country to have a good time. Between relaxing weekends in Nantucket, a surprise appearance in Nashville, to the desert of Indio, CA for Coachella, Leavitt has done nothing but been a great friend and providing a lot of laughs along the way.

When Marie and I first met, it didn’t start off well. I met Marie in the lobby of Regis Hall, and she pointed me out as one of those overly eager kids that friended people before Freshman year began and she did not like the fact that i completely ignored her as she called me out. Everything turned out fine though and luckily for me, she is one of my best friends now and she is stuck with me.
Groomsman
I met Kyle in 4th grade on the Padres baseball team we became immediate friends as we both shared riding the bench for the team. We also shared our fiery fandom for our favorite baseball teams. His the Red Sox and mine the Mets. To this day, Kyle still listens to me every off season talk about how the Mets will be great once the season starts, which must hard to support every year but he still does it.
Bridesmaid
Kristen Bowen is one of the best people anyone could ever meet! We have been good friends since our Junior year at Fairfield, and I was lucky to have her in my life in college as she reminded me I was still a student and needed to graduate. Aside from her being an impeccable student, she is an even more amazing friend and continues to challenge and encourage me even today. And hopefully, one day I'll change!
Groomsman
I can't remember the last time Doug Parks said no to a good time. Doug is a go to person for literally anything. Movies, concerts, skiing, BBQ spots in the far corners of NYC, you name it he's always down to go. We spent a summer one time in my Dad's company's warehouse reconfiguring thousands of styrofoam pieces in cardboard boxes and if working a job like that together doesn't turn into a great friendship I don't know what will.
Bridesmaid
When I first met Danielle, I thought she was Marie. Clearly, our relationship did not start off on the right foot as a result. Ever since I was able to distinguish them as two separate individuals, Danielle and I have had the best relationship while making weird voices and jokes with each other for the last ten years. I can always count on her to laugh my stupid jokes and keep it going so I never feel like an idiot. If you're looking for a good laugh, be sure to keep you eye on her at all times as something ridiculous is bound to happen.
Groomsman
I've been friends with Jason for many years now and this guy is nothing but cool and suave. He's provided me with a lot of laughs over the years between gracious invites to Rhode Island over the summers to watch me pathetically try and fish, to visits down in Charleston where every visit was a blast and also out of hand.
Bridesmaid
Finally, there is Kasey!! Kasey was brought into my life four years ago when she became a nurse on my unit at New York Presbyterian. We became quick friends as we shared a lot of common interests and assisted me in having better taste in music. We took our relationship to the test when we camped at Firefly with our friends and thankfully we survived! Not only is she way cooler than me, but she also has a heart of gold and I am grateful to have her stand by our side on the big day!
Groomsman
Spencer is a real gem. He's been the father figure out of our High School group and the King of FOMO. One annual ritual that has been around since our High School days has been going to Spencer's house after the Thanksgiving meal with our families to play a never ending game of Risk. We were that cool in HS, and still that cool. Spencer usually loses first, but still lets us stay in his kitchen till hours after he's been eliminated. A true friend.
