Is there a minimum stay requirement at the resort?

Answer

Yes. Our room block at the resort requires a three-night minimum stay.

Are payment plans accepted for room bookings?

Answer

Yes! Guests can make incremental payments through our travel advisor’s website or follow the designated payment schedule. Monday, August 31, 2026: Initial deposit deadline Monday, September 14, 2026: One-night deposit due Wednesday, December 16, 2026: Final room payment due For full details, please visit our travel advisor’s website or contact him directly with any questions.

When Should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accommodations and events accordingly. We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted no later than Tuesday, December 1st, 2026. However, please note that rooms must be reserved no later than Monday, August 31st, 2026.

What is the dress code?

We invite you to embrace a Beach Formal style inspired by the colors and spirit of Puerto Vallarta. While not required, guests are welcome to incorporate tropical or sunset-inspired hues into their attire. Gentlemen may opt for linen-blend or lightweight suits, and ladies are encouraged to wear elegant midi or maxi dresses in vibrant or soft tropical shades.

Yes! There will be a full open bar during the reception. The welcome party and cocktail hour will include beer, margaritas, and mojitos.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

We don't recommend renting a car. The resort offers everything you'll need on-site, and for those who want to explore other areas in Puerto Vallarta, the hotel can easily arrange a taxi for you. We have experience renting a car in Puerto Vallarta, and it was a difficult process. The rules of the road are also much different from those in the U.S.
