We are getting married! We are so excited to celebrate with our favorite people (you!) for the weekend! We have fallen in love with Kingston resorts and hope that everyone will get to experience a fun and relaxing weekend at the beach! Please see the individual tabs for more information on travel, room blocks, things to do, etc. Can’t wait to see you in October!
We met online and immediately connected over our love of travel. We made plans to meet up at Dilworth Foxcroft Wine Co and talk about our upcoming trips! Greg was headed to Banff skiing and Regan was headed to Italy and Cambodia in the fall! Initially chatting about our mutual trips to Europe and South Africa, we also connected about our families (we are both 1 of 3 children), Regan's interest in space dovetailing with Greg's customers, and how nice the Banff ER is (sorry about your knee Regan!). Needless to say, we had plenty to talk about and even the server commented to Greg that “things were going well”. Greg asked for a second date, Regan agreed, and the rest is history!
Returning to Greenville, SC for a New Year's weekend, we made dinner plans at the Grand Bohemian restaurant looking out on the Reedy River that runs through downtown. After dinner, Greg suggested we walk out on Liberty Bridge overlooking the falls, where he started off with "... so I have a question to ask you...", dropped to one knee, and before he could complete his question, Regan said yes! Eventually Greg finished asking "will you marry me?" and Regan again said yes! People at the other end of the bridge cheered and clapped, and offered to take our picture. While exploring Greenville, we found a local artist (with connections to New Hampshire where Greg is from) who had a painting of the bridge to hang in our home as a reminder of the moment!
