FAQS

The Wedding Website of Regan Roulston and Dayna Dennett
Everything you need to know ahead of the day. We’ll share further details closer to the date, but if you have any questions in the meantime, please let us know.
Question

Where is the wedding and how do I get there?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at Redleaf Wollombi in the Hunter Valley, NSW. If you’re coming from Brisbane, you can fly into Newcastle, about a 1 hour 15 minute drive, or Sydney, which has more flight options but is around 1.5 to 2 hours away. From there, hiring a car or organising a carpool will make things easiest. If you’re up for a road trip, it’s around an 8 hour drive from Brisbane.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in Wollombi, within the Hunter Valley region. Late November is a busy time, so accommodation tends to book quickly. We’d recommend locking something in early if you can. Airbnb and Booking.com will be your best options, with plenty of places across the region. For convenience, we suggest looking in: - Wollombi - Cessnock - Pokolbin

Question

What if I can’t make both days?

Answer

We know a mid week wedding may mean taking time away from work, and we really appreciate you making the effort to be there with us. You’re so welcome to join us across both days, but we completely understand if you can only make one, or need to head back.

Question

Can I bring children?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do, but we’ve chosen to keep the wedding adults only. We hope you understand, and if you need a hand figuring anything out, just reach out.

Question

Transport

Answer

There is parking available on site for anyone who will be driving. For those planning to enjoy a wine or two, we’ll have transport arranged. We’ll share more details with you closer to the date.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

As mentioned in the wedding information, we’re carrying the Italian summer feel through the week. Wedding Day Formal attire, inspired by an Italian summer wedding. Think black suits, statement dresses, and something you can dance in. If you need a little extra inspiration, we’ve put together a Pinterest board here: https://pin.it/5eByNcTQ7 Recovery Day Italian long lunch vibes. Relaxed but styled, think colour, linen, and light fabrics, something you feel good in and can enjoy the afternoon in.

Question

Gifts

Answer

Your presence is what means the most to us. If you do wish to give a gift, we will have a wishing well on the day.
