When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 30, 2024.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We are so looking forward to spending time with you all. Friday, 11/1/2024 we would love for you to join us at Atlas Cocktail Bar, anytime from 7:00pm - 10:00 pm! Please see the "Schedule" tab for more information :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30. Please arrive no later than 4:15 if possible, to give yourself time to get situated and find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - semi-formal dress, please. The event will be *outdoors* - the ceremony will take place on grass, and the reception will be held on Carolina gravel (the dance floor will be an actual hardwood floor :) ). It is highly encouraged that you wear cute & comfortable shoes appropriate for these terrain.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "Travel" tab. We do not have specific hotel room blocks reserved - if you have plans to stay in a hotel, please reserve your room as soon as you are able. We will be staying in the Graduate Chapel Hill, and would love to have folks stay with us, if you're able!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do let us know! Specify your food allergy on the RSVP return card, which should be returned to us no later than September 30th.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is! There will also be a valet on site as well to help with coordination of parking. We will also be coordinating shuttle transportation for those staying downtown. Uber/Lyft/taxi is also welcomed. UPDATE 9/5/2024: We have a shuttle picking guests up at the Graduate Hotel in Chapel Hill starting at 4:00pm. The shuttle will be available to pick up and drop guests off from the Graduate to Old Lystra Inn until 10:30 pm.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/etc meal options available?

Answer

Yes! There will definitely be vegetarian and gluten-free options available during the reception. For all other allergy/dietary accommodations, please email rccronin10@aol.com or state them on your RSVP. Thank you!
