While we were in Norway I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to propose to who I know is the love of my life, Regan. We went hiking up to Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen) in Songesand, Norway it was absolutely beautiful! After the nerve wrecking 4 and a half hour hike up I told Regan I wanted to take some pictures. We took a couple photos together then I knew this was my opportunity. I asked her to turn around and put her hands up like she is on top of the world, so she did. I quickly got down on one knee and pulled out the ring, I was shaking. I said "Hey Babe! Turn around!" and when she did I immediately saw the shock and happiness in her eyes. I told her how much she means to me and that I couldn't see my life without her in it, I couldn't hold back the tears as she said YES! We definitely felt on top of the world that day and since.

We met at a mutual friends welcome home party in November 2017. I'd like to say we locked eyes and knew we'd be together forever that night but that's not how things went down. Nick had just gotten off from work so he was wearing a suit and tie which immediately bewilder me, keep that in mind. The party was outside but I had to go in to get some ice and it just so happens Nick had to go in as well. Since we were the only two people in the kitchen I had to ask him "No judgements here but I have to know why are you wearing a suit to a backyard party?" He honestly seemed like he didn't understand what I had just asked him because he was just staring at me for a good couple seconds but then he laughed, shrugged his shoulders and said he had just gotten off work and didn't have time to change. We both laughed it off and didn't really have any private full length conversations that night. Of course we danced, sang and made group jokes. I remember thinking this guy is the life of the party and so fun to be around. At the end of the night he asked for my snapchat and we went on a date shortly after.
