What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 4:30 PM for a champagne welcome 🍾✨ We invite you to arrive anytime after 4:30 to grab a glass, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony starts at 5:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire is Black Tie Optional. We’re envisioning a classic winter evening — long gowns or formal dresses for women and tuxedos or dark suits (black or navy) for men. Picture rich textures, darker tones, and a chic, candlelit atmosphere. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue for all guests. For those staying at our hotel block, transportation will be provided to and from the celebration. If you’re local, ride shares are always welcome so you can fully enjoy the evening.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be ordered tableside, and any allergies or dietary preferences can absolutely be accommodated. Please feel free to let your server know the evening of the wedding so we can ensure you’re well taken care of.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! For anyone who isn’t ready for the weekend to end, we’re planning a casual Philadelphia bar crawl the day after the wedding. Stops are still to be determined, but we promise good drinks and great company. Transportation will be provided from The Switch House after brunch for those joining us.
