We wanted to make sure that guests had a guaranteed place to stay the night before and night of the wedding. We have selected three resorts that are listed on the "Travel" tab. You are not limited to those resorts or those two days! You can choose any resort for how ever long you wish to stay! Important to note -- If you are planning to stay on property you MUST book your room prior to December 5th. The room block will then be finalized and unbooked rooms released to the general public. Once released, we cannot guarantee that affordable resorts will be available.
Disney’s Fairytale Weddings Website only shows rooms that are contracted in our Room Block. The Ceremony and Reception will take place indoors. We ask that guests wear formal attire for both events. The Dessert Celebration will be held outdoors in the Germany Pavilion of Epcot. It will be cooler in the evening. Aidan and I will still be in our wedding attire for additional photos. Guests are free to stay in prior wedding guest attire or opt for business casual to semi-formal attire. We recommend bringing a jacket, shawl, or coat to stay comfortable while enjoying the outdoor festivities!
Groom Family Photos: 10:30am EST. Location: Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa *All immediate family members must be present [Parents, Grandparents, Brothers] Ceremony: 12pm EST Location: Disney's Wedding Pavilion Reception: 1pm EST Location: Disney's Yacht Club Convention Center AB Ballrooms Dessert Party: 6:45pm EST Location: EPCOT *Please arrive to EPCOT at 6:45pm. Our party must meet at the flag pole located at the entrance of the park. A guide will then escort us through the park to the Germany Pavilion. Specific addresses of each location are listed under the "Schedule tab" of our website.
Ceremony: For the day of the wedding, I recommend either driving directly to the wedding pavilion or getting an uber to take you directly there! Your resort bus will not have a direct transportation path to the Grand Floridian / Wedding Pavilion. Reception: There are two options. If you drove to the Wedding Pavilion you will be able to drive directly to the Yacht Club Convention Center and park. If not, I have arranged for transportation to take people directly to the reception. Dessert Party: We must meet at the flag pole at the FRONT of Epcot. If you are staying at a resort that offers the Skyliner, please do not take it. The Skyliner drops you off at the back of the park. Uber/lyft or driving directly to the park are the best two options. **If you drive directly to Epcot's Park with no annual pass you will have to pay for parking.
Yes! Wedding guests are able to purchase discounted park tickets! There are three types of discounts available. Park hopper tickets you'll receive $20 off each ticket. If you are looking to enter the park starting at 1pm the discounted tickets rate will be $109. If looking to enter the park after 5pm the ticket rate will be available for $89.
Guests can purchase any discounted tickets at the concierge desk of any convention resort or by calling 407-827-6799 to book in advance. Guests will need to provide our event’s Wedding Group Reservation number in order to purchase. That number is: G10121701
