We don't have the cutest how we met story. We met through mutual friends at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Logan was a little oblivious to any flirting attempts made by Sarah, until mutual friends stepped in and pushed us a little closer.

Logan and Sarah had gone hiking at Starved Rock State Park. It was an eventful day filled with their three crazy dogs and Sarah losing and then finding her phone. They did over 8 miles which included over 18,000 stairs. They started on the riverfront, went all the way up to the top of Starved Rock, and saw some beautiful frozen waterfalls. As their hike was winding to an end, they were inside a canyon admiring the frozen water. When Sarah turned around, Logan was down on one knee. And she said YES!
