Red Hook
A 5min taxi from Sapphire, we recommend Red Hook for groceries, shopping, and night life. The ferry to St John is also located in Red Hook.
Coki Beach
Coki is right around the corner from Sapphire and we recommend visiting during the day to get a taste of the real Caribbean! Have a fresh fruit smoothie delivered to your beach chair and head up to the beach bars for local food and a shot of mamajuana. The snorkeling here is great too!
Saint John
The Red Hook passenger ferry (15min ride) departs for St John every hour. Skip the line and order your tickets online! We recommend getting an early start and checking out some of their amazing beaches - Trunk Bay and Maho Bay are a few of our faves. End your beach day with Happy Hour and Shopping in Cruz Bay - where we first met! - before hopping on your ferry back to St Thomas
Fish Bar
Our favorite restaurant on St Thomas, you’ll find us there a few times a week! Head down to Hull Bay beach for a day and swing by Fish Bar for oysters and their craft cocktail Happy Hour at 4pm, or just pop in for dinner! It is worth the journey from Sapphire. No reservations
Jewel House
St Thomas is famous for its duty-free fine jewelers, and this one is our favorite! Visit the main shopping district of the island and treat yourself to something sparkly. Jewel House is where we get all of our jewelry - including our rings!
