What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to find your seat and get settled.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual / Garden Party Vibe: Relaxed but still neat (we know it will probably be warm with our wedding being in August) Men: Slacks or chinos with a button-down with a tie. Women: Sundress, a jumpsuit

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but we’re keeping the celebration adults-only. We hope you enjoy a night out!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Since our venue is close to home for most guests, we haven’t reserved a hotel block. For those traveling, there are great hotels options nearby in Delafield and Oconomowoc.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

As our venue is close to home for most guests, we will not be providing transportation.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Everything will take place at Rustic Manor 1848.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors. We suggest dressing for the weather and wearing comfortable shoes for grass. There is also an indoor/outdoor bar. Dinner will be served indoors (yes, inside the barn has AC).

Where are you registered?

Answer

We’re registered on Zola! You can find our registry via the “Registry” tab. We kindly ask that gifts be shipped directly to our home.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you put your phones away and be present with us until the reception—then snap away!
