Below is a list of frequently asked questions. If your inquiry is not listed below, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

To enhance the elegance of our special day, the wedding will exclusively be black-tie attire, which denotes formal attire - black in color preferred (please no gowns/dresses or full suits in white or any shades within the white family, no denim or athletic shoes - however a change of comfy shoes is allowable so that you can be on the dancefloor!).

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate your guest status, please rsvp accordingly. Regretfully, we're unable to add additional guests than what is listed on your invitation. However, if you're unsure please reach out to us for confirmation.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Regretfully, due to limitations we're unable to accommodate children with the exception of those participating in the wedding. We hope you'll still join us on our special day.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

The preferred and easiest way is through our dedicated wedding website by selecting the "RSVP" tab or utilizing the QR code on your invitation. Please be sure to RSVP no later than January 15, 2024. If you have any issues submitting your response, please let us know.

Do I really need to RSVP?

Answer

YES YOU DO!!! Each seat is reserved for confirmed guests. Therefore, if you do not RSVP and happen to come to the Venue, unfortunately, the Event Coordinator will not allow you entry to the ceremony and/or reception.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Please arrive to the Venue no later than 4:30 pm. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the ceremony in order to avoid interruptions.

Can I take photos and/or record during the ceremony?

Answer

To avoid images of guests taking pics and/or recording in the professional photos; we’re implementing an unplugged Ceremony. However, you may click away during Cocktail Hour & the Reception. A special link and/or QR code for our dedicated guest book and camera app will be provided so that each guest can leave a guest book message and also take as many pictures they'd like during the celebration. The pictures taken will be saved in our electronic wedding album.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence in sharing our joy is the greatest gift we can receive. If you'd like to celebrate us with a gift, we've set up a registry and it can be accessed via the "Registry" tab, or you may bring your gift on the ceremony day.

I'm travelling from out of town, what airport do I fly in and where is the closest accommodations?

Answer

You will find airline and accommodation information in the "travel" tab.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Although the time of year that the wedding will occur, the weather is typically beautiful and comfortable. However, Central Florida weather can be quite unpredictable, therefore the wedding will be indoors.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) and venue?

Answer

There are 2 preferred hotels listed in the "travel" tab and the Hilton Garden Inn provides free shuttle service to and from the Venue. If you wish to have this service, please book your room asap using the dedicated website link as there are only a block of 10 rooms for this hotel.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving a variety of hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner with a selection of chicken, fish, beef, and vegetarian options, along with salads and dinner rolls.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar and service will end promptly at 10:30 pm. Don’t forget to tip the Bartender! Thank you!
