A new brewery and restaurant right in the heart of downtown with a huge beer garden! Super good pizza!

Ponysaurus Brewing Co.

A favorite restaurant of ours downtown to grab lunch or dinner! We love their cheesesteaks and their hot roasted pork sandwich!

The Copper Penny

A kid friendly and casual seafood restaurant in Carolina Beach (about a 25 minute drive from downtown), showcasing the best seafood chowder in all of Wilmington!

Michael's Seafood Restaurant

A casual and large restaurant right in the heart of downtown, with a long drink menu, outdoor live music, and usually not a long wait!

Rebellion

A fun and casual bar/restaurant on a barge right off the riverwalk - a great place to watch the sunset on the Cape Fear River.

Anne Bonny's Bar and Grill

A great cocktail bar with a large menu and often live music.

The Underfront Co.

A large indoor/outdoor bar with live music and taco bar! Kid and dog friendly.

Satellite Bar and Lounge

A two mile stretch of boardwalk that runs the majority of downtown, a great place to run or walk and enjoy the sunset.

Wilmington Riverwalk

A decommissioned battleship with a permanent home right across the Cape Fear, very cool and informative museum throughout the ship.

Battleship North Carolina

Travel about 35 minutes south to Fort Fisher to see one of North Carolina's coastal aquariums - very kid friendly and a great morning trip.
