Where is the wedding?

Our wedding will be at Venue 5126 located in Oswego, IL.

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking that you please RSVP by June 7, 2024 using the 'RSVP' tab in the menu above. Unfortunately, if we do not hear from you by that date, we will need to mark you as not attending. We need to provide our venue with an accurate number of attendees.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends be dressed up for our big day. The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear dresses, gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. We are asking your stay away from traditional bridal colors (white, ivory, and cream). July weather in Illinois can be unpredictable, however it is typically in the Mid-80's.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, unfortunately we cannot accommodate all of our loved ones children. We understand that this is disappointing, however we are hoping to provide you with enough time to find childcare so that you are still able to attend our big day. Invitations will be specific and indicate if your child is invited to the wedding. Children within the ages of 1 to 4 years old will not receive a meal from the venue, however they still can partake in the late night snack!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Will there be vegetarian/gluten-free meal options?

Answer

Yes, we will have vegetarian/gluten-free meal options available. Please indicate your dietary preferences when you RSVP so we can ensure that our caterer makes note.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We will have a hotel block at The Holiday Inn & Express in Yorkville, IL. Please look at the 'Travel' section for more information and the discount code.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is an abundance of parking at the venue. Also, we want our guests to depart from the wedding safely, so if you over indulge and make alternative transportation plans, you may leave your car overnight until 10:00 am.
