Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are pumped to see you!! While this is not full on black tie, we do ask that you dress nicely for the wedding. Cocktail attire for sure! Our colors are light neutrals and blues if you would like to dress according to theme. The wedding will also give a low country, classical feel. The more colorful the better!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We believe the more the merrier! Unfortunately, due to the intimacy of the event, reception capacity, food/drink, etc. we request that you do not bring any plus ones unless they have been specified on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to Reese!

Is there a bar?

Answer

There will be a bar for the reception! We do ask that you drink responsibly out of respect for the Bride and Groom. Please DO NOT drink and drive! Plenty of other family and friends will be more than happy to give you a ride. We are not responsible for any incidents and your safety is important to us. We recommend prescheduling ride-shares as well!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away for the ceremony. We would like everyone to be present in the moment with us. We have professional photographers capturing all of the details so we can look back and reminisce. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! We will have a QR code card set up for you at dinner to share pictures with us too!

Is this a childfree wedding?

Answer

The children closest to us have been named on invitations. As much as we love your little ones, we would like to keep children at a minimum and give mom and dad time to relax and have date night! There will also be a bar, cigars, and celebrating involved.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! Pray the sun will be shining but we won't sweat it. Please make sure to stay hydrated though and to dress appropriately. Weather in the lowcountry around April will be warmer. The ceremony will be under beautiful oak trees and reception will be outdoors in a tented area.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you are coming or not ASAP and no later than February 18th, 2026. We will need to finalize numbers for vendors and if we do not have an RSVP we will not be able to accommodate if you come to the wedding unannounced.

What is the best way to RSVP?

Uber?

Answer

We have been advised to tell guest to PRESCHEDULE any Ubers or rideshares if you will be drinking or unable to drive at the end of the event. Our wedding location is not easily accessible during late night hours. We plan to wrap up the evening around 10pm. Cars are also not allowed overnight. Please make note of this, thanks!

What about gifts?
