Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the fact that we want our wedding to be as intimate as possible. We ask that our guest do not bring a plus-one unless they are named on the RSVP list or the guest list. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/ casual. Wear something you're comfortable in- button-up shirts, long flowy dresses, or whatever you feel the best in! If you would like to match the color palette, there are color swatches for you to reference on the back of our wedding invitations.

Will there be food? What will be served?

Answer

Of course, so come hungry! Lunch and dessert will be served directly after the ceremony. For lunch we plan to have barbecue, mac & cheese, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad. For dessert we will have cupcakes and donuts. And to drink we will have bottled water, canned sodas, and tea.

How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

You can either RSVP here, through our website or you can personally reach out to me, Reese at 865-803-8041 and let me know whether or not you will be in attendance. We're asking that you RSVP by March 1, 2025.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

As of right now, the ceremony will be held outside in an open field and the reception will be held inside the barn. The likelihood of this changing is very possible. Tennessee is never consistent with weather so pay close attention to your weather apps as our wedding day gets closer.

When can I take photos?

Answer

We're asking that during the ceremony all guest are present and off of their phones. This meaning no photos or videos. We have hired a professional photographer who will be there to capture our special day and we would hate for our guest to be in her way. However, for the reception photos/ videos are fair game.

Can I post pictures I take at the reception?

Answer

We ask that you do not post any photos or videos you take before we have the chance to post them first! Please, please, please pay close attention to this. This is a day we have looked forward to for a while and we would like to be the first ones to post pictures from our wedding day.

Is there a registry? Can I bring gifts?

Answer

Although we do have a registry, your presence is more than enough for us! We are not asking our guest to bring a gift or buy us something. But if you would like to purchase something our wedding registry is linked here on our website or you can find it directly through Amazon. You are more than welcome to bring a gift to our wedding, this is completely up to you. Although this is not something we are asking our guest to do.

What should I expect for the reception?

Answer

We want to be comfortable but we also want all of our guest to be comfortable as-well. We plan to walk around and talk with family, dance, eat, laugh, maybe even play a game or two. We want to have fun and we want you to have fun!
