The actual ceremony will be about 30 minutes and held outside so please plan accordingly. Transportation Options (complimentary 15 passenger van) Van pick ups from Hilton Garden Inn (Gallatin) and Hampton Inn (Gallatin) 1st pick up: Departing @ 2:50 pm from Hilton Garden Inn, then heading to Hampton Inn for pick ups - arriving at venue @ 3:10 2nd pick up: Departing @ 3:30 pm from Hilton Garden Inn, then heading to Hampton Inn for pick ups - arriving at venue @ 3:50 pm If you choose to drive, there is parking onsite. Please plan on arriving between 3:30-3:50pm. There will be multiple departure times back to the hotels beginning at 7:30pm.
