Dress Code?

Answer

Ren Faire inspired wedding! Dress up as much as you want, or wear something more wedding traditional. We want you to have fun but also be comfortable. Get as goofy as you want! Battle axes and jousting sticks encouraged. Bride will be wearing white. Color suggestions: Earth tones, fall colors, fall flowers Theme suggestions: Renaissance, Fantasy, Medieval, Fairies, Warriors, Wizards.

Wedding setting?

Answer

Outdoor wedding in a garden. Evening will be under a large tent. Temperatures should hopefully be warm to mild. Oregon weather is unpredictable. Bring a wrap for the evening.

Drinks: Citrus Water, fresh berry lemonade, sparkling water. Beer, wine, bubbly, and mead. Appetizers: -Charcuterie -Quinoa and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms (GF) (Vegan cheese) -Black Bean Bites with a Smoky Pepper Drizzle (V, GF) Buffet Menu: -Braised Brisket with Fennel and Herbs (DF, GF) -Rosemary-Garlic Chicken with Apple and Fig Compote (GF, DF) -Roasted Garlic and Herb Potatoes (V, GF, DF) -Roasted Vegetables (V, GF, DF) -Rustic Bread with Whipped Butter -Arugula Salad with Peaches, Goat Cheese & Basil (Cheese on the side) Tossed in a balsamic dressing Dessert: Assortment of sweet treats Snacks such as popcorn and cheeze-its will be available later in the night.
