How do I get to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be hosted at the Canmore Nordic Centre. 1988 Olympic Way, Canmore Alberta. All events of our wedding will be held at this location.

Will accommodations be provide at the venue location?

Answer

No, our venue location does not have a hotel accommodation on-site. If you are choosing to find an accommodation in the town of Canmore, please see our travel tab for a list of discount codes.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! We strongly encourage car pooling as our venue is open to the public during the daytime and may result in limited parking during the summer season. Please note that every vehicle being driven to the venue will require a Kananaskis Conservation Pass which can be purchased quickly online. Can I leave my vehicle at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! If you choose to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, please ensure your Kananaskis Conservation Pass is for both August 29, 2026 and August 30, 2026.

Will a shuttle service be provided for guests?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle service, following the reception, for guests staying in Canmore. Shuttle service will run from 8:30pm until 12:30am. The shuttle will run continuously between the designated hours, driving you to your hotels, Airbnbs, and VRBO accommodations. The final shuttle (12:30am) will only have 9 seats available for guests. This is to ensure enough seating for the bridal party. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. We will be having an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, unless there is inclement weather.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available during our reception. Guests can pay with cash, credit, debit or start a tab at the bar. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited, including consumption outside in the parking lot. These policies are of the venue and violations will result in our wedding celebrations ending earlier than scheduled. We appreciate your understanding.

No, we are asking for our wedding celebrations to be an adult-only affair. Parents, enjoy your night off!
