Question

How will I get to the venue?

Answer

Please email your flight landing times to Danielle (dshavirov@icloud.com) and we will coordinate with our venue team so you will be shuttled straight from the airport to our venue. Please send before May 15th

Question

Why do I need to send you my landing and departure times?

Answer

We are booking shuttles to take you from the airport, to our venue. Letting us know your landing and departure times allows us to coordinate the most efficient shuttling. For example, if your flight lands at noon, there are likely other flights landing around that time so we can set one shuttle time for (example purposes) 2-3pm, but if you’re the lone wolf landing at 1am on Thursday morning, we still want to make sure you have a shuttle to our venue within a reasonable time from your landing. Sending us your landing/departure times only benefits you. If we do not have your landing or departure times by 5/15 then you are responsible for your transportation or you have to accept the shuttle schedule we already have in place. Meaning, if your flight lands at 8am Thursday morning and the earliest shuttle we have is 12pm, then you have to wait at their airport for roughly 4 hours.

What’s going on with food/drinks?

Answer

Each of you have an all inclusive meal & drink plan (yes, this includes alcohol 😉 as well as a mock-tail menu ). We will have breakfast & dinner buffets for everyone, (please check the events page for menu items) and for lunch you can order from a generic menu at any of the bars (please see the menu in the Gallery tab).

What else can we do at the resort?

Answer

Massages ($50/hr), pedicures, manicures, beach access, pools, hot tub, and much more! Some excursions will be already included - more to come on that soon!

Question

So what am I (the guest) paying for?

Answer

Transportation to the Dominican Republic and any spa amenities at the resort. We suggest making sure any cards you use are made available for international purchases ahead of time and bringing cash.

What if I have food preferences/allergies?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any serious food allergies and we will be sure to let our venue know. Food preferences will be considered with reasonable discretion.
