Phere (7 Rounds/Tie the Knot) Zach and Reena will take 7 rounds around the sacred fire. Each phera (round) is a significant promise that the bride and groom take. Joota Chhupai (Hide Zach's shoes) During the wedding when the bride and groom are busy participating in the rituals on the mandap, the bride's side steal the groom's shoes and he has to bargain to get his shoes back.
