We are unable to accommodate additional guests due to venue capacity, so attendance is limited to those named on invitations. Thank you for your understanding.
We adore your children, but due to space and venue limitations, the wedding will be an adults-only celebration.
We're asking guests to dress black tie optional (color encouraged) for the wedding. Please visit our Dress Code page for details and inspiration. The welcome party is dressy casual.
We prefer gifts from our Registry page to be shipped to our home, as we'll be traveling internationally right after the wedding.
We kindly request that guests do not take photos until after the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment, so we can unplug and enjoy!
Our wedding will be a dry event with no alcohol served. We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn surrounding the venue, weather permitting. We'll gather for cocktail hour in a shaded area just outside the reception space, and then move indoors for the reception.

Not necessarily! We'll have a shuttle running between Hotel Burg, Lansdowne Resort, and the venue, so if you book within one of those blocks, you're all set for the wedding day. That said, if you'd like the flexibility to get around or explore the DMV on your own time, renting a car is a great option too.
