This is one of our very favorite places in the whole Bay Area. Make sure you get a reservation!
This restaurant is incredible and it's right next door to the Burlington Hotel!
This area is so beautiful and a great spot for us and the dog. Thanks Jake and Roge for showing us this special place!
Stop here for a pint and a very British bite on your way out from the beach!
This is one of the coolest spots in SF. Its the site of old bath houses built in 1894. They're ruins now, but the destination is pretty cool to walk around and soak up some SF history.
This is a regular hike from our time living in the East Bay. It's super dog friendly and gives you a view of the whole Bay Area from the top.
Take the ferry from Marin to SF for a day in the city! A very cool way to see the sites.
SATURDAY | TUESDAY | THURSDAY This place is a very cool look into all the the Bay Area has to offer.
Brian and Stacy took us here this past summer and it was such a treat. Be prepared to feel like there couldn't possibly be a diner down the road on your way. I promise, there is!!
This spot is great for a nice drive, snack lunch, a bit of wine, and the nice little park next door.
If you're staying in Marin, you'll have to stop here for a very fun selection of beer on draft as well as an array of bottles to try.
This speakeasy style bar in downtown San Rafael is a really cool new addition the the area, and we've really enjoyed hanging out there from time to time.
Super close to our wedding venue and easy access from the accommodations we've shared. This seafood staple is jam-packed seven nights a week with a flock of loyal customers who keep coming back for more.
This is a must for any kids needing an activity while you're in town!
Amazing Thai food prepared by local Berkeley Monks every weekend rain or shine! It's cash only, and you'll have to exchange it for tokens of equivalent value. It's so worth it and the portions are amazing!
Bring a snack (maybe Cheeseboard Pizza?) and picnic in this very special place.
This is a beautiful and enriching walk through a very old cemetery in Oakland. Stop and get a coffee at Timeless Coffee Roaster down the street!
If you absolutely love a good - no, GREAT - croissant, you'll need to stop here on your way into the Berkeley Hills for a hike at Sibley. Its quietly located at the bottom of the Claremont hotel, so parking can be weird, but it's so worth it.
