Shuttle
June 7, 2025 4:00 pm - 12:00 pm
The first shuttle will arrive at the Staybridge at roughly 3:45 pm and will depart for the venue promptly at 4 pm. If you do not make the first shuttle, please be ready for the second shuttle by 4:30. Don’t worry, our event starts with welcome cocktails so you will not be late. Ceremony will not begin until 5:45. The shuttle will begin taking folks back to the hotel at 10 pm.
Hotel
This is where we (Sophia & Reed) will be staying. We look forward to seeing you all there leading up to and the morning after the wedding. Please call the hotel to book a room in our wedding block for 6 June to 8 June. If you will just be staying for one night, we recommend booking online and signing up to be an IHG member for the best rate. But please be aware that standard check in time is 4 pm. There will be a service to shuttle guests to and from our ceremony/reception!
