Taylor and Shawn met at Georgia Southern's orientation before freshman year and have been best friends ever since. After meeting Joseph, the three guys became best friends and spend their evenings "gaming with the bois". Taylor is a pharmacist in Georgia.

Jane Wenger

Jane is the youngest Wenger sister and in her freshman year at the University of Georgia. Jane is studying biology while rocking it on the Dawg Flag Line!

Joseph Woods

Best Man

Joseph is another one of the first people that Shawn met at Georgia Southern. They became fast friends and continue to spend time together through video games. Joseph is a network engineer in Colorado.

Kasi Mayes

Kasi is Reed's favorite sorority sister and favorite person. Reed and Kasi love to talk about books, movies, musicians, pets, and (above all else) Harry Potter. As of August 2022, Kasi and Reed are also coworkers at Holcomb Bridge Middle School.

Mitchell Mayes

Reed and Shawn met Mitchell through his (now) wife, Kasi. Reed, Shawn, Kasi, & Mitchell absolutely love getting together to hang out, go on dates, and eat as much sushi and Mexican food as a body can handle.

Cassi Magoon

Cassi and Reed were in the same cohort in the College of Education at Georgia Southern University. After a rocky start (they are both perfectionists and teachers' pets), they became best friends and, honestly, the dynamic duo of the group. Reed & Cassi love Disney and Harry Potter and will have many a marathon of each! Cassi is a teacher in Minnesota where she lives with her husband and BABY!

Dalton Poole

Dalton is Shawn's younger step-brother. Growing up the two loved to pick on each other and team up to pick on Susannah... or team up with Suzy against Shawn or Dalton... siblings *eyeroll* As adults the two connect over games and talking about their jobs. Dalton lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, but we always make a point of seeing each other when able!

Jocelyn McKinley

Junior Bridesmaid

Joci is the youngest daughter of one of Reed's closest friends, Jodi. When little, Reed liked to call Jocelyn "Joci-Badger" after the sweet but sassy honey badger. Joci is an 8th grader in central Florida and is a passionate equestrian!

Beaux & Apollo

Best Pets

We are so excited to be able to include our "children" in our special day! Shawn and Beaux found each other just a few months before Reed joined the equation, and the couple welcomed Apollo into the family in 2021. Beaux is a Golden Indian Dog and Apollo is a bearded dragon.
