Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We currently have a room block at Fairfield Inn & Suites and Hampton Inn. There are also airbnbs all around Washington! See the Travel tab for more details.

Question

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you prefer not to drive, a shuttle will leave the Fairfield Inn at 3:30. If you are staying at the Hampton Inn, you will need to walk across the street to the Fairfield to catch the shuttle. Please be downstairs and ready at 3:30. The shuttle will also make a stop at The Little Inn on Main at 3:45pm. Please be ready to depart at these times. There will be an early bird shuttle at 8:30pm to take guests back if needed. The shuttle will pick up all other guests at 10:30. There are very limited ubers - if you need anything regarding transportation please let us know!

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

4:30pm! We recommend getting to the residence by 4:15 at the latest!

While we love all your little ones, we want you to have a night off!

Is there a dress code?

Formal - dresses & suits The ceremony and reception will be in the grass so ladies pick your shoes accordingly!

Shuttle & Transportation

Answer

Transportation will be provided from The Fairfield Inn and the Little Inn on Main. The shuttle will depart from The Fairfield Inn at 3:30pm. The shuttle will depart from the Little Inn on Main at 3:45pm. Please be downstairs and ready to depart at those times! Transportation back to both hotels will be provided at the end of the night. One will be an early bird shuttle for those who wish to return early. The other will shuttle at the end of the night. For those who wish to drive, parking is available at the residence!
