We are from the same small town in Ohio, but did not "officially" meet until 2015 when we were both living in Columbus. We were instantly drawn to each other. With a lot in common and tons of mutual friends, it was easy for us to jump right in as if we had always known each other. After a few years of dating, we had an opportunity to move to California where we fell in love with wine country and the outdoors. A year later, we set our sights on Austin, TX. As we were driving a moving truck through the mountains on our way to Texas, we pulled over to watch the sunset. It was during this sunset, on our way to start our new chapter in Texas that I asked Caylah to marry me---she said YES! Now living in Austin, Texas we have found the perfect lifestyle for us: active, great weather, lots of outdoor activities, amazing dining scene, and potential to grow as a couple and as a family. We have even added a furry family member: Mango (our Lhasa Apso puppy). Thank you all for playing your part in our love story. We are excited to celebrate with you!
