First and foremost, we understand the gravity of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. In order to ensure that everyone at our wedding feels safe, we are asking all guests to wear a mask. If you do not bring your own, we will have masks available to you as well. We will also have hand sanitizing stations accessible throughout our venue. Additionally, we have made the hard decision to pare down our guest list significantly, meaning that we will be able to space guests out at both the ceremony and reception. We know that times are challenging right now, and the last thing we want to ask of our closest family and friends is that they put themselves in an uncomfortable situation. If you feel uncertain in any way about attending our wedding, we understand your decision to stay home. Most importantly, if you feel sick or have been in contact with someone that is showing symptoms, we kindly ask you to stay home. Thank you so much, and we look forward to celebrating safely with you!
You probably already know-- Reed and Brenda both have very large families! For this reason, we kindly ask that only those names specified on your invitation attend our wedding and reception. Thank you so much for understanding!
Semi-formal. We ask that guests wear suits, cocktail dresses, tuxes, or gowns.
We are so blessed to have the majority of our friends and family in the area already! For those reasons, we have not reserved a block of rooms at any particular hotel-- there just wasn't enough of a demand! If you ARE in need of accommodations, please find a few options under the "Accommodations" page. If you have any questions, please reach out to Brenda (brendacargin@gmail.com). We are so grateful to have you join us and we thank you for understanding!
