While masks are not a requirement of the venue, please feel free to wear one at your own discretion.
Weather pending, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception/dinner portion of the night will be in the barn that has installed two large glass doors on either side of the barn to allow for significant air flow.
Guests can drop off at the venue itself, they will then be directed to park at a church ~1/2 mile down the street where a shuttle will be running to bring guests back to the venue. This shuttle will run continuously throughout the night as guests are wanting to go back to the parking lot
There will be plenty of indoor & outdoor space available for guests to spread out throughout the event. For dinner guests will be seated with those in their immediate family/household as best we can. Tables and chairs will also be spaced out accordingly.
There will be bartenders serving drinks. Dinner will be served by our caterer only (no self serve). Wait staff will be following COVID precautions.
We will have hand sanitizer available for use throughout the venue
We have two shuttles available. One shuttle will run back and forth from the venue to the parking lot. The second shuttle will run from the venue to Staybridge Suites prior to the ceremony - midnight. *Please see printed invite for more details on hotel shuttle
