When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 21.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at Maroon Bells Amphitheater at 1:45pm. Parking passes will be provided. Plan to leave Hotel Colorado at 12:30pm to ensure timely arrival. It's recommended to start GPS directions when you leave the hotel because you will lose service on the drive.

Are kids welcome?

We politely request adult attendance only.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire for ceremony and reception. Western wear is encouraged, but optional. Examples include cocktail dress or jumpsuit for women, suit or slacks and a button up for men. No jeans please. Since this is a small wedding, we are asking guests to stick to the color palette for pictures. Please use the following colors: Mustard Sunset Tera cotta Rust Sage Olive

In order to stick with our budget, only the guests listed on your invitation are invited.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

The wedding reception will be held at Hotel Colorado, please use this link for booking https://reservations.travelclick.com/2939?groupID=4333908. Other hotel options that are walking distance or a short drive from Hotel Colorado include: Best Western, La Quinta Inn, and Glenwood Springs Inn.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

You can expect warm, sunny daytime temperatures around 70 degrees, and chilly nighttime temperatures in the 40s. Sunscreen is encouraged!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, we ask everyone to join us for pictures nearby. Afterwards guests can explore Maroon Bells or return to Hotel Colorado to relax before the festivities. Cocktail hour will start at 5pm in the Garden Veranda Room where we will be serving finger foods and beverages while Reed and Amelia finish taking pictures.
