Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am Early check in may not be available. Transportation to and from the Double Tree and our venue will be provided. Shuttle will be leaving the Double Tree at 4:30pm. Please keep timing in mind when checking into the hotel! Mobile check in is available through the Hilton Honors app. Rooms must be booked by August 18, 2026

The Courtyard by Marriott is another hotel option close to the venue. We do not have a formal room block held for our guests. Transportation will not be provided from this hotel.
