Please RSVP on this website by Tuesday, July 1, 2025. If you miss this deadline, you will be marked as ‘not attending’ and we will miss you!

What are the parking and transportation options for the wedding?What are the parking and transportation options for the wedding?

Answer

The venue offers ample parking for all guests. Given the location, we strongly recommend renting a car if you are flying into Richmond. The hotel is approximately 40 minutes from Richmond International Airport (RIC) and 20 minutes from the venue. Please note that public transportation is not available in our area, and ride-sharing services like Uber are limited. We will not be providing transportation for guests.

Answer

We invite you to join us beginning at 3:30 PM, with the ceremony commencing promptly at 4:00 PM.

Answer

The current plan is for the ceremony and dancing to be indoors, with dinner outside. As a backup, we also have an indoor space available for dinner in case of weather issues or excessive heat. We will keep everyone posted!

Answer

We’ve have the most spectacular photography and videography teams that will be there to capture every moment of our special day. We kindly request a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from using any electronics until cocktail hour, so we can all be fully present in the moment together.
