Right now we have the wedding scheduled to be outside. If the weather does not permit or it is too cold we will move the wedding inside.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes, you can pull your car right up to the ceremony spot to be dropped off. Once the ceremony concludes we will have a cart drive you over to the cocktail hour. Please just let us know before hand if you need any assistance getting around so we can plan accordingly.

I am checking in early what fun things are there to do at the resort?

There is a multitude of fun things to do at Bear Creek Resort. Feel free to check out their spa, outdoor heated pool, the 2 bars and restaurants, or walk around the beautiful property. What type of bar will there be?

Great question! We know everyone LOVES to party, so we will have an open bar with beer, wine, and liquor options. If you are under the age of 25, and over the age of 21, please be sure to have your ID on hand as you will be required to show it. Also, be sure to show our bar tenders some love and appreciation by giving them some great tips!
