What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Wedding ceremony starts at 4 pm. Shuttle will be available from Hyatt Boulder Pearl St at 3:30 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you choose to drive or Uber separately, there is parking available at the venue. If too many alcoholic beverages are had, you can also leave your vehicle on the premise and pick up the next morning. Venue also advised car share services have never been an issue. Shuttles will also be available after reception and departing at 9:15 pm

Are kids welcome?

As much as we all love kids, please leave them at home so you can like one yourself for a night!

Are you registered?

We will not have a registry and do not expect any gifts, but if you feel the need to give something, we will have a QR code available to donate to our honeymoon fund.

Transportation

Answer

Travel to and from the Hyatt Pearl St to the venue will be available. Ceremony and reception are taking place at Wedgewood Weddings at Boulder Creek. Green Ride Shuttles will depart at 330 pm from Hyatt to Venue. They will be waiting after reception to return to hotel as well. Do not leave anything on shuttle as they will not be staying in parking lot.

Friday night meet up?

Everyone attending is coming from out of town. We do not have a formal dinner or party planned, but Twisted Pine Brewing is within walking distance of the Hyatt where Leslie and I plan to be. Address is listed under things to do. This is your vacation also, and there are plenty of places to explore so please feel free to plan anything you want!

Ceremony is outdoors!

Now that we can see potential weather, remember, the ceremony will take place outdoors unless it is pouring rain. Plan to be outside for 15-20 minutes. It appears it may be around 50 degrees. Cocktail hour and reception will be inside.
