Things To Do

Check out some of the local spots we've discovered!
Downtown Millerton

Downtown Millerton

Millerton is a cute and youthful village just over the New York border. It's the perfect spot for a stroll and a light bite. Reece and Chelsea love the coffee and food at Irving Farm Roasters and have frequently found themselves perusing the Greenpoint-esq apparel at Westerlind across the street. There are also some fabulous antique stores, book stores, and restaurants in town.

The White Hart Inn

The White Hart Inn

If you are looking for a quaint spot for lunch or coffee, head to The White Hart. Originally built as a farmhouse in 1806, The White Hart is an inn and restaurant on the village green of historic Salisbury in Litchfield County, Connecticut. The White Hart has a full service restaurant and grab-and-go cafe featuring fresh and local ingredients. The scones are incredible!

Kent Falls Brewing Company

Kent Falls Brewing Company

After falling in love with Lion Rock and choosing it as their wedding venue, Chelsea and Reece went to Kent Falls brewery to celebrate. The incredible beers from Kent Falls have become their favorite. If you have time, swing by one of Connecticut's best breweries and enjoy the scenic view on your way there. Cheers!

Housatonic Meadows Park

Housatonic Meadows Park

If you are looking to take in the beautiful nature of the area, head to Housatonic Meadows State Park. The park is 452-acres and situated along the Housatonic River. Surrounded by the rugged hills of the northwestern uplands, the public recreation area offers a variety of outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, camping, canoeing, picnicking, and fly-fishing on a two-mile stretch of river.

Lime Rock Park
