The Zutaverns

Britta and Reece met in person for the first time on May 24, 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic through mutual friends. Reece asked Britta out that day, and they have been attached at the hip ever since. They dated through their sophomore, junior, and senior years in high school before both attending Doane University to pursue their Bachelor's Degrees. After almost 5 years of dating, on April 15, 2025, Reece FINALLY got down on one knee. Reece played football at Doane and obtained his degree in Agribusiness in December of 2025. Britta competes in track and field and will obtain her degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology in May of 2026. After the wedding, the couple will return home to the family ranch in Dunning, where Reece will continue his legacy as a 7th-generation rancher, and Britta looks forward to navigating the new ranch life. Together, they look forward to building a life rooted in tradition, hard work, and love.
