happily ever after

It all started with a fire alarm at Denman Residence Hall. Ree was the Residence Life Coordinator, and Lakin was the police officer who responded to the alarm. Once the building was cleared, the real sparks began. They talked about where they were from, and to her surprise Ree learned Lakin attended Spain Park High School. When asked why, Ree told Lakin that she thought she and Lakin were closer in age and that Spain Park didn’t even exist when Ree was in high school. They had a good laugh about it and later Ree apologized for calling Lakin "old." The first of many apologies. January 6th was just the beginning. They are so excited to take this next step in their lives together and they are elated to share the day with you.
