Maid of Honor
Lauren was Brenna’s first friend in college, and she made the whole experience so much better as they learned the ins and outs of college life together. From late nights at the library and two unforgettable spring break trips to closing down the bars and being the only friend who’d join her at football games, Lauren was always by Brenna’s side, making every moment more fun and memorable
Best Man
Jake and Sill met during Sill’s rookie year of junior hockey, and before long, they decided to move in together. For the next three years, they were inseparable roommates, spending most of their time either at the rink, their apartment, or at the local East Lansing bars. From the start of Jake and Brenna’s relationship, Sill has been a constant presence, supporting them through every twist and turn and playing a key role in their journey together.
Matron of Honor
It seems like Tanya and Brenna spent every waking hour together during their time at MSU. Whether it was hanging out in their college apartment, attending the same business classes or spending their weekends at Rick’s American Café. They couldn’t have survived college without each other!
Groomsman
Weaver and Jake first crossed paths when they were 10, and by 12, they were hitting the ice together, playing hockey. They kept it going for the next decade, sticking with the same team and making countless memories along the way.
Bridesmaid
Anna and Brenna spent most of their middle school and high school days together. You could usually find them at Anna’s house obsessing over One Direction, coming up with new dances to showcase in their latest YouTube video and enjoying takeout from Anna’s family bar and grill or the local Applebee’s.
Groomsman
Pip and Jake met when they were just 10 years old thanks to Jake’s grandpa Fritz (aka Papa). Papa took it upon himself to teach Pip how to play hockey, which led to over 10 years of Jake and Pip playing hockey together. Whether it was traveling to hockey tournaments or spending time together up north during the summer, they have Fritz to thank for their life-long friendship.
Bridesmaid
Emily and Brenna’s friendship began in Mrs. Bernhardt's Kindergarten class. Over the years, they joined the same Brownie troop, attended each other’s birthday parties at Chuck E. Cheese and Build-A-Bear, and danced at the same studio for years before joining their high school dance team.
Groomsman
While Sam and Jake didn’t grow up playing on the same hockey team, they got to know each other through Jake’s cousin, Nick, and by spending time hanging out at the rink (also known as rink rats for any of our non-hockey friends). It wasn’t until recently that they reconnected on the same beer league hockey team. Outside of the winter months, they love spending time together on the golf course.
Bridesmaid
Megan and Brenna met their freshman year of college, both living on the 7th floor in Hubbard Hall. By chance, they ran into each other at a wedding before their senior year and ended up rooming together thanks to Megan’s mom! They are lucky enough to still live in the same city and spend their summer weekends in Silver Lake together!
Groomsman
Would there even be a wedding without Bradley? Brenna’s brother worked at Golden Sands Golf Course with Jake the summer before the couple met. Thankfully Brenna decided to follow in her little brother’s footsteps and the rest is history!
Bridesmaid
Jake's sister, Bailey, has always been his number one fan. In fact, up until her wedding and the birth of her son, Roman, she always said her favorite day was the day Jake was born. Throughout Brenna and Jake's relationship, they've enjoyed taking numerous trips with Bailey and her husband, Gabe.
