We met at Vanguard early on in 2017, we were both progressing through our careers and developed a strong friendship while at work. We were there for each other through some tough times, promotions, and successes. We both admit that during that time we were excited to go to work to see one another day in and day out. Before you knew it, one friendly dinner date turned into 2 and a half years of love, happiness, and of course an inseparable bond with one another. We are going on a very untraditional journey. Over the course of this year, riddled with precautions from the pandemic, we have decided to get married by the Justice of the Peace at the Chester County Courthouse on April 9th. We understand that this isn't the "normal" way to do things but this is what's best for us especially during these times. Following later this year we will have a small ceremony with friends and family at a venue of our choosing. We are currently on a home search, which has had its up and downs in this market, but we are planning on purchasing our first home in the near future. More to come from the future Mr. and Mrs. Redfield!
We did it! We got married this past April! We were surrounded by close family and friends and were married by a Judge at our local courthouse. It was a great day and we couldn't of asked for anything more. We then had a very small and private dinner with close family. We have been discussing the thought of hosting a celebration of our marriage with friends and family for the last couple of months. Trust us, these talks have not been easy. Between continuing our house search, our careers taking off, and of course time for ourselves, the thought of us having any sort of celebration hasn't existed until recently. We have decided to book a venue for our 1 year anniversary, April 9th, 2022. We will have a ceremony/reception to celebrate our marriage and of course party with our friends and family! Save the dates to follow. Can't wait to celebrate with all you!
