Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure a smooth start to our ceremony, we kindly ask guests to plan to arrive between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM. This will allow ample time to find your seats and settle in before we begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For welcome drinks, the attire is causal. For our wedding, we kindly request cocktail attire. The ceremony, cocktail hour, dancing, and after party will be outside so dress accordingly. Even though we will be in Florida, it may get chilly at night :). Please make sure to check the weather!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Visit our travel page for information on hotel room blocks available for our guests. We've arranged special accommodations to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We're thrilled to offer complimentary transportation to and from the Naples Grande and the Hampton where we've reserved room blocks. Relax and enjoy the convenience as we ensure a seamless journey to and from the celebration. The shuttle will leave the Naples Grande at 3:00pm and the Hampton Inn at 3:15. Return shuttles will run at 9:30, 10:15, 11:15, and 12:15.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration to the fullest, so please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Your comfort and well-being are important to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
