We're in cahoots!

We're so excited to be hosting this celebration in stunning Petritoli, Italy. We've opted to send out Save the Dates far in advance in the hopes that our loved ones have ample time to plan if traveling to Italy is something you'd like to do :) While there are many rooms available within the venue - accommodations will be available on a first come, first served basis. Please see the "Accommodations" tab for more information!

The dates of the event will have guests checking into the Palazzo on Thursday 05/21/2026 and checking out on Monday 05/25/2026. Rome (FCO) is going to be the closest/most affordable airport for those flying in from the US. For those who plan to stay at the Palazzo, we will be arranging for transportation from Rome to Petritoli on that Thursday. Specifics will be determined once we have final headcounts and itineraries. Ryan and Alex plan to arrive in Rome a few days beforehand - we'll share those details once booked should any of our guests wish to also coordinate similar arrangements. Thursday 05/21/2026 - All those arriving via Rome will travel by bus to Petritoli - We'll have casual welcome dinner - likely a pizza party! - Out goal is to keep this day low-key so guests can get settled in their rooms and maybe explore the town a little bit Friday 05/22/2026 - This will pretty much be an open day for guests to enjoy how they'd like! - There are some wonderful activities in the area that guests may want to take part in (e.g., cooking class, wine tasting, beach day on the Adriatic Coast). - We'll have dinner provided for guests at the Palazzo this night as well Saturday 05/23/2026 - IT'S WEDDING DAY!!! - Specifics for this day are pending, but we anticipate an early afternoon ceremony followed by lots of delicious local foods & wines, and of course music & dancing into the night! Sunday 05/24/2026 - Recovery day 👍 - Every good recovery day needs a brunch! - Guests may enjoy this day as they'd like - perhaps another offsite activity? The Palazzo also has 2 pools and 2 jacuzzies if a lounge sounds up your alley! Monday 05/25/2026 - Guests will check out of the Palazzo (time to be determined) - We'll also have transportation available back to Rome for those who need it

Since the venue is more like a rental home/B&B and not a hotel, guests will not reserve rooms/pay the venue. Alex & Ryan will be making one payment to the venue directly for all guests. Please see the “Accommodation” tab for more details!
